Description

The Government requires the following: Firm, Fixed Price type contract for Flame Resistant Coveralls. Salient Characteristics: Material- shall be 1st quality 8.5 oz/yd TuffWeld by Southern Mills, Color- Heather Brown. Quantity & Sizes (21 ea) Small, (84 ea) Med, (210 ea) Large, (368 ea) X-Large, (210 ea) XX-Large, (126) XXX-Large, (20 ea) XXXX-Large. Delivery for 1/3 quantity within 45 days of date of award, 1/3 quantity within 75 days after date of award, and final 1/3 quantity within 105 days after date of award. Quantities may vary slightly due to industry standard case lot size. FOB Destination. This requirement to be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Note 1 applies. All offerors are put on notice that in accordance with FAR 5.203 (h), the solicitation will have less than a 30-day response time. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound. Telephone requests will not be honored.
