This CBD Announcement corrects and amends CBD Anounceent Posted in CBDNet on November 2, 2001; Printed Issue date November 6 2001 under CLASSCOD: 58- Communication, Detection, and Coherent Radiaton Equipment SUBJECT: 58 -- RECONNAISSANCE, INTELLIGENCE GROUND SYSTEMS (RIGS)PRODUCTS AND SERVICES to correct the period of performance extension as follows: The ordering period for these contracts will be extended from 4 December 01 to 3 December 02. The related perod fo performance will be extended to a maximum period ending 3 December 03. All else remains unchanged An Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Joseph P. Maryeski, Director, Commander's Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during proposal development. You should only contact the Ombudsman with issues or problems you cannot satisfactorily resolve with the program manager and/or contracting officer. The Ombudsman role is to hear concerns, issues, and recommendations and communicate these to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality if desired.
