Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Requirement is for two pre-fabricated buildings/warehouses. CLIN 0001 Pre-fabricated Buildings/Warehouses with dimensions of 100 wide x 300 long 2 EA. CLIN 0002 Spares for Warehouses 1 LOT. CLIN 0003 Shelving for Warehouses 1 LOT. CLIN 0004 Technical Assistance -- 10 days of technical assistance is optional and will be d etermined upon contract award. If required, the manufacturer s facility would provide. For a complete list of line item specifications, drawings, and submittal information, please contact the contract specialist listed below. Requisition Number BIS14N11 764135. This is an urgent requirement; therefore, delivery must be made as soon as possible. While cost is an evaluation factor, delivery schedule is slightly more important than cost. Offerors must submit a proposed delivery schedule for each of the item s requested. DELIVERY TERMS: Delivery is FOB Origin. The appropriate DCM office will arrange delivery, which will be determined upon contract award. CLIN 0001, Pre-fabricated Buildings/Warehouses must be available to the freight forwarder by 15 Feb 02 or sooner, if possible. CLIN 0002, Spares for Warehouses must be available to the freight forwarder by 15 Jan 02 or sooner, if possible. CLIN 0003, Shelving for Warehouses must be available to the freight forwarder by 15 Mar 02 or sooner, if possible. This i s a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case Israel IS-B-BHW. Pursuant to DoD 5105.38, Security Assistance Management Manual, Paragraph 90210, A, and Table 902-6, this acquisition is restricted to U.S. incorporated firms licensed to do business in the United States.
