Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Laboratory located in Miles City, Montana requires deliveries of bulk feed grade whole corn and whole barley for cattle. The period of performance shall begin November 30, 2001. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M, EXCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SCHEDULED. OFFEROR'S SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED ON THIS SOLICITATION. POTENTIAL OFFEROR'S ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (970) 229-5531 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-001-82HW-02. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Fax quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea (970) 229-5531 on or before November 23, 2001 by 5:00 P.M. (MST). This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 422510 with a small business size of 100 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-001-82HW-02 which will be available on or about November 7, 2001. The anticipated award date is November 26, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
