Other than full and open competition. Inadequate data available; products offered clause applies. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procuring activity. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate parts for evaluation. Various increments solicited: 5-9 ea., 10-14 ea., 15-19 ea., 20-24 ea., and 25-29 ea. Ship to DoD stock, Tracy CA within 150 days ADC.
