Description

Indefinite Quantity Contract for Exterior Security Lighting at Various Locations on Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to perform exterior lighting and incidental related work for Navy and Marine Corps installations or separate activities, and designated restricted areas. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 23531 (previously SIC Code 1731) and the annual size standard is $11.5 million. Estimated cost: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option years. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No information exists on prior contracts. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. The proposed contract is limited to qualifying 8(a) firms in the Honolulu District of the Small Business Administration. The Government will not consider offers from other than 8(a) firms or from 8(a) firms outside of the Honolulu District. The solicitation utilizes source selection procedures which require offerors to submit past performance and experience information, and price proposal for evaluation by the Government. The proposal receipt date is approximate.
