- Description
- The Government has decided NOT to use the "Cascading" approach on this solicitation. One of the MATOC's will still be offered 8(a) Competitive NTE $15 Million. If circumstances do not permit an 8(a) award, the Government will have the option to either split the $15 Million capacity among the three (3) remaining contractors or to readvertise this part of the requirement at a later date. All other terms and conditions of the original synopsis remain unchanged.
