Description

REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 30,000 usable square feet of warehouse storage and 5,750 rentable square feet yielding 5,000 usable square feet of office and related space within a 75-mile radius of Inez, Kentucky. Space must be of sound sand substantial construction and be located in a commercial area with attractive surroundings. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within a 75-mile radius of Inez, Kentucky. Spaces need not be collocated. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Parking must be available within a two-block radius of the space. Space must be ready for occupancy on July 1, 2002. LEASE TERM: Term is 2 years, 1-year firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after the first year.
