Description

Firm fixed-price open-ended 8(a) A/E services are required for the Orlando VA Healthcare Center, Orlando, FL for the design and preparation of Multi-Discipline construction plans and specifications. There is no RFP package to download. Interested 8(a) firms should submit a SF-254 and SF-255 to the Contracting Officer (90C)at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612. NAICS Code for this procurement is 541330. The contract term will be for a period of one year or until the maximum period is reached, whichever occurs first, with three one-year options for renewal. The fee limit is $100,000.00 per project with a total for the year of $500,000.00. The minimum per project is $500.00. Multiple task orders may be awarded with similar delivery schedules, requiring overlapping work/delivery dates and increased demand on staff resources. Primary work will be MULTI DISCIPLINE design developent, investigative services, preparation of plans and specifications for construction projects, but may include construction period services. Interested firms shall have the capability of engaging additional disciplines as necessary to provide complete fully integrated construction documents to meet the necessary time requirments for the Orlando VA Healthcare Center. This is not a request for proposal. No solicitation package, technical information or bidder/planholder list will be issued. This is limited to a fifty (50) mile radius of the Orlando VA Healthcare Center, Orlando, FL. Firms will be evaluated and the top three firms will be short-listed. These top firms will be interviewed and ranked.
