NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A COMMERCIAL PURCHASE ORDER. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation -- a written solicitation will not be issued. There is no solicitation number, for reference use PR Number W26MT9-1278-1001. The National Ground Intelligence Center, Charlottesv ille, VA. is soliciting commercial-item purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5) This action is for the purchase and installation of 20 automatic door openers on restroom doors. Delivery to 2055 Boulders Road, Charlottesville, VA 22911-8318. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
