Description

Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary to repair exterior and interior Shiloh and Colonial housing, at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Asbestos and lead based paint abatement; remove/replace windows, doors, select roof areas, kitchen cabinets, appliances, furnace, water heater, carpet, quarry tile,, insulation, and plumbing fixtures; install new electrical wiring, electrical panels, light fixtures, wood fences, concrete patios, sidewalks and landscaping. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the ?Best Value? to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov./. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or planholder list. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package or planholder list will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at www.eps.gov./ in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
