Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance and repair services to various buildings, facilities and structures in the following twelve counties located in the states of Utah and Colorado located within the 96th Regional Support Command (RSC): In Utah Salt Lake, Cache, Weber, Utah and Washington; In Colorado Paso, Larmer, Boulder, Denver, Pueblo, Adams and Mesa. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award w ith two one year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $25,000.00 per year. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 233320, 1542, $27,500,000.00 re spectively. The estimated magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000.00. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to eligible 8(a) contractors serviced by SBA Offices in SBA Region VIII and eligible 8(a) contractors having a bona fide office(s) in SBA Region VIII. SBA Region VIII includes the SBA Offices in the following cities and states: Denver, CO, Sioux Falls, SD, Helena, MT, Salt Lake City, UT and Casper, WY. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible 8(a) firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to Directorate of Contracting, HQ US Army Garrison Fort Dix, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, NJ 08640-5097, faxed to Rebecca Fowler 609-562-6933 or emailed to rebecca.fowler@dix.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests being sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. Pro-Net will be access ed to verify contractor 8(a) eligibility for purposes of solicitation mailing. If your company is not registered in Pro-Net a copy of your 8(a) certification letter shall be provided with your request. If you are an eligible 8(a) with a bona fide office in SBA Region VIII, but are serviced by a SBA office not located in Region VIII you must indicate in your request the location of your office in Region VIII as well as the address you are registered under in Pro-Net. All requests should include the solici tation number, your company s name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address if available, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but wil l be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
