Description

This solicitation which was posted to the CBDNet on October 29, 2001 is modified as follows: A pre-proposal conference for Phase 2 will be held at Arnold AFB, TN on date changed from "23 January 2002" to "27 February 2002", at 9:00 a.m. (Central Time), for the purpose of touring the project site and accepting questions concerning the project. Request for attendance received after date changed from "16 January 2002" to "20 February 2002" may not be accepted. All other information published in the original synopsis remains unchanged.
