Description

Amendment 01 -- Site Visit. A site visit had been scheduled for 8 November at 1:00PM. Please contact Rick Risso at (253) 982-3861 or email: richard.risso@mcchord.af.mil for instructions on base access. 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall perform all functions necessary to effectively maintain RGF Water filtration systems in hangar four, building 1178 and the corrosion control facility (1160) as shown in appendix B. The contractor shall maintain, clean and perform any maintenance required to keep the systems operational. The contractor shall also perform all necessary functions for the disposal of waste created during assigned industrial processes. Except as specified as government furnished property, the contractor will provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other items necessary for accomplishment of these services. 1. Perform inspections and cleaning weekly in hangar four, and twice a month in 1160 and 1178 (1178 beginning FY 2003) during normal business hours 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. 2. Perform Preventive maintenance 3. Prepare written reports on equipment condition and repairs required 4. Supply all consumable materials
