Description

The Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Office of Special Investigation (OSI) has a requirement for the investig ation and prosecution of Nazi persecutors in the United States. The Department is seeking an individual or firm which posse sses investigative techniques and computerized databases which will assist in the identification and prosecution of individu als who, in collaboration with the Nazi regime of Germany from the period of 1933 to1945. The investigator will seek indivi duals who advocated, assisted, incited or otherwise participated in the persecution of any person based on race, religion, n ational origin or political opinion. Not only shall the investigator use current technology to assist in the investigation, but the investigator shall also elicit information through the interviewing process. The contract will be for a one (1) yea r period, and contain four (4) one year options. This requirement has been determined to be a small business set-aside.
