Description

The presolicitation notice which appeared in the CBD on October 31, 2001, is modified to state that the VAPHS prefers that the Westmoreland County CBOC be located within the city limits of Greensburg, PA and that the Beaver County CBOC be located within the boundaries of Hopewell Township, PA; however, other proposed locations will be considered. The workload for the Westmoreland County CBOC is changed to reflect an estimated 1,870 unique veteran patients with an individual veteran being seen an average of 3 times for a projected total of 5,610 primary care visits for the Base Year. The Contracting Office address was listed incorrectly and is changed to VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, Contracting Officer (04A-H), 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
