Description

Note #1 Contractor will offer a price per ton to purchase scrap for an on-going contract for the sale of Government Scrap. The contract will run from the date of award through 12-31-02 with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The procurement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Commercial Items Part 12.203 in accordance with Far Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
