Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA), on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to Award a firm fixed price contract to J Bell Inc., Fishing Creek , MD for on-going effort to develop and implement an Automated Information System ,and communications infrastructure for conducting and managing worldwide DoD HUMINT operations for FY02. The period of performance is through 31 March 2002. Additional services may include some programming in UNIX shell scripts, Lotus, Script, Perl, and other scripting languages and support to database administration efforts. No contract award will be made on the basis of offers or any other information received in response to this notice because this synopsis of intent is for information purposes only and not a request for offers nor a request for a copy of any solicitation.
