Description

The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for: Item 0001, Fifty each, (50), P/N 54009492GB, Adobe Photoshop 6.0 Win 98/WME/W2K TLP Gov B Windows VLIC -- License; Item 0002, One each (1), P/N 23101339, Adobe Photoshop 6.0 Win 98/WME/W2K Windows CD Set GLP Windows CDROM (Media); Item 0003, One each (1), Fedsoft, Navy FedForms, 300 concurrent server license. All pricing is requested FOB Destination. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordan ce with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation document; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses must contain sufficien t documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is DAAB18-01-Q-3705. The request for quotation document and the purchase order incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 97-12. The small business size requirement is 100 employees. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. Any Offerors must include a completed copy of the provi sion at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or E xecutive Orders-Commercial Items applies.
