Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to make modifications to the MSO Building @ Activities San Diego, San Diego, CA. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Demolish existing walls, doors and door frames, finishes, toilet room fixtures and accessories in two toilet rooms, the women?s locker room and the janitor?s closet, as indicated. B. Demolish existing walls, doors and door frames, finishes and kitchenette in office. Demolish includes concrete block vault walls and concrete ceiling. C. Install new walls, doors and door frames, cabinet work, and finishes. D. Install new toilet room fixtures. Provide plumbing connections and modifications, as required. Install new partitions and accessories. E. Relocate existing or install new switches and outlets. F. Remove asbestos containing sprayed acoustic ceiling material in accordance with Section 13280. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 233320. Small Business size standard is $27.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
