- Head Start of Greater Dallas, a grantee of DHHS, is soliciting proposals on a full and competitive basis from qualified organizations to award a one to two year contract to an experienced and knowledgable firm to design, furnish equipment, and build early childhood playgrounds on multipe site (min. 5) over the next year. The playgounds must meet all ADA and CPSC guidelines for preschool children. The RFP will be available online at hsgd.org on or about 11/19/01. A copy can be e-mailed or mailed upon written request after 11/20/01.
