Description

Single award, one year term contract for the Defense Automated Printing Service, in Norfolk, VA for the procurement of the carbon-less forms for approximately 200 orders per year. The quantity will range between 100 to 100,000 copies per order, Approximately 55% of the orders will be for 1 part (CFB), padded forms, averaging 12,000. Carbon-less sets per order the balance will range from 2 to 6 parts with an average of 5,000 sets per order. The size of the forms will be up to 8 x 14". The contract requires such operations as typesetting, printing, numbering, drilling, perforating, padding in pads and with fan-a-part cements, trimming, packing and delivery to Norfolk and Portsmouth VA.
