- Description
- Furnish all labor, parts, and equipment to maintain the Toshiba CT Scanner at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Nashville, TN 37212. Work includes emergency maintenance services, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and monthly Preventive Maintenance service. Contractor is required to respond on site within 2 hours for emergency repairs. Contract period will be 12/1/01 through 9/30/02 with four (4) one-year option periods. Requests for solicitation must be in writing and may be faxed to 615-867-6094.
