Description

It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), to negotiate on a sole source basis with Canon Business Solutions-SE Inc., Burlington, NJ for a Canon CLC 2400 color scanner/printer/copier-duplicator system. This requirement is for the Canon CLC 2400 color system plus the following accessories: 1) recirculting document feeder RDF-E2; 2) stapler sorter-F1; 3) I/F board B2; 4) colorpass Z90; 5) colorpass furniture; 6) ED board A1; 7) editor F1; 8) editor separating kit; 9) film projector B1; 10) film scanner III; 11) film scanner III cabinet; 12) preview monitor controller board; and 13) rotary changer A1. The proposed acquisition will be procured under FAR Part 13 -- Simplified Acquisitions. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available, however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the NLM. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide ALL OR NONE of the equipment as stated above. Responses should sufficiently demonstrate the firm's ability to meet the government's requirements. Responses are required within fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this notice.
