Description
Approximately 11,345 square feet of continguous rentable office space for a term of 10 years firm. The southern most boundaries are the intersection of Newberry Hill Rd. and Bernard St. in Silverdale, WA. From this point moving north, the area includes the commercial districts along with the Silverdale Mall on Silverdale Way NW to the intersection with Bucklin Hill Rd., NW. At Bucklin Hill Rd., the area expands Eastward to the intersection of Tracyton Blvd. and Bucklin Hill Rd. The western boundary runs along Provost Rd. to the point where Old Frontier Rd. NW joins NW Trigger Ave. The eastern boundary begins at the intersection of Myhre and Bucklin Hill Roads and runs north until it reaches Thayer Lane.
