Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Phoenix, Arizona, intends to make a single award for the provision of grease pumping services at the FCI and Federal Prison Camp (FPC). Services to be provided include pumping/removal of all debris from the interior and cleaning of grease traps, lift station, and headworks. The contract type is a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract. Quantities include one (1) 6000-gallon grease trap and two (2) 2400-gallon grease traps pumped once per year, and one (1) 1500-gallon headworks and one (1) 200-gallon liftstation pumped weekly. All material removed from the grease traps, liftstation, and headworks shall be disposed of offsite in accordance with all current rules and regulations pertaining to hauling of liquid sanitary waste products. Contractor shall accept payment via U.S. Government purchase card. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 9, 2001, and will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
