Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole-source modification to contract N00019-00-C-0289 with Lockheed Martin Information Systems, 12506 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, FL 32825-5002, for engineering support services for Reconfigurable Transportable Consolidated Automated Support System (RTCASS) on a time and material basis. The requirement is to provide support and engineering efforts for the implementation of research and development and technical feasibility analysis, and the initiation and submittal of Class I engineering change proposals and technical data package changes. Lockheed Martin Information Systems is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the CASS station and is, therefore, the only known firm with the necessary knowledge, data, equipment and experience to fulfill the requirement.
