Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to award a fixed price contract under Commercial Items: Simplified Acquisition Procedures, (FAR Part 13.5) for the delivery of The Government solicits your technical staffing and firm fixed price to develop a new, two-day course entitled, The CMAQ Program: Purpose and Practice (NHI Course 142043). We estimate delivery within 24 month period. Evaluation will be based on the following factors in descending order of importance: technical (expertise and staffing), past performance and price. The Government will accept the offer that is considered the best value and most advantageous to the Government. This procurement is not restricted to small businesses.
