Parts manufactured by Syncrolift, Inc. Miami, Fl. 1) Upgrade existing PLC/VDU system which includes modification of the under load tripping system when using the hand held controller and modifying the graphic of the vessel represented on the VDU to a CG Type Vessel. This request shall include all programming and testing plus, 2) Syncrolift 2 Star Inspection Service. Inspection to include review of previous maintenance; review of current operating procedures. Inspection of piles above water, inspection of platform, measurement of sheave efficiency, and assistance with overhaul of motor brake assembly, inspect and calibrate the motor control center, and electromagnetic wire rope testing. The written report required shall state conditions found and recommended action for repairs and improvements. It is the government belief that this service can only be obtained from Syncrolift authorized service representatives, if there are authorized services reps, you are required to provide authorized distributorship from Syncolift.
