Description

The U. S. Secret Service (USSS) intends ti negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Mine Safety Appliance Corporation, P. O. Box 428, Pittsburg, PA 15230. Mine Safety Appliance corporation is the sole manufacturer and supplier for the MCU-2P mask carrier, Stock # 305023 and MCU-2P outset lens, clear, large/medium, stock #305027. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Note 22. Note 22 is modified to read 10 days in lieu of 45 days.
