The original notice to Request Quotes to performan a re-inspection and follow-up of this facility's ACM survey is modified to inform interested bidders that there will be a general site survey on Thursday, November 8, 2001 at 9:00am. Interested bidders must have identification to gain admittance on the grounds and into the building. The meeting place will be the main lobby. No other site visits will be conducted.
