Description

This is Western Area Power Administration's notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 41 USC 253(c)(1), with Fortech Software Consulting, the only known responsible source of supply. The award is to supply the following: Provide computer support, maintenance software support, upgrades and enhancements for the Transaction Database Software (TDB) that was written by Fortech in conjunction with the Western Area Power Administration. Responsible sources that believe they can provide this same support shall identify themselves to the Contract Specialist within 10 days of the publication of this notice. If no responses are received within 10 days of this notice, Western will pursue a sole source contract award with Fortech Software Consulting.
