Description

17. The Bureau of alcohol, Tobbacco and Firearms ATF intends to negotiate a Sole Source services contract for services with Inte Great Corporation, 8630 Fenton Street, Silver Spring, MD 20910 for maintenance of the Property Plus/Integrated Property Management System. Maintenance to the system includes software enhancements, software validation/testing, database maintenance and documentation updates, unlimited technical customer support concerning issues, questions concerns, hardware instructions, software instruction or any other relevant questions concerning the property plus integrated property management system. This support will be provided from 8am to 5pm, Easterm, excluding weekends and holidays. Upon advanced notification, the contractor may be required to provide emergency support during weekends and holidays. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisitions procedure under FAR subpart 13.5. Award will be based on meeting the requirements listed above, on all on a all or none basis. All interested parties must submit a technical proposal that demonstrate the capability to provide maintenance support services for the property plus/integrated property management system to include cost, within 2 days after the date of this publication. All quotes must complete a SF-381, ACH/vendor miscellaneous payment enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. Quotes are acceptable by mail of fax to 202 927-8688 to Attn: Sonia Goodman. All responses must be in writing. No telephone inquires will be accepted. No solicitation document exists. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service.
