PROJECT TITLE AND LOCATION: Napa Valley Watershed Information Center (WIC) Development, San Francisco District, California. This proposed contract is set-aside for small business. Job Description: Contractor will develop a Napa Valley Watershed Information Center (WIC) which will include spatial and non-spatial CD ROMs and an interactive, evolving web site that will function simultaneously as a site for public education, communication and feedback, as a bibliography and database to assist scientists with long-term data storage and sharing , to enable scientists to access data for transformation into relevant information for watershed managers, to disseminate research information to a variety of audiences, to monitor and evaluate the success of proposed restoration projects and other management initiatives in the watershed, and as an informational resource for individual land owners, environmental managers, and decision makers, all working to protect, restore, and enhance the biological health of the Napa River and its watershed. NAICS CODE: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS code 541519. This size standard for this NAICS code is $18,000,000.00. The acquisition method is Request for Proposal (RFP). A technical and price proposal will be required. Evaluation by the Government will result in selection of a firm that represents the best value to the Government.
