Unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Total quantity is 28 each to New Cumberland, PA 1 7070-5001 plus 100% quantity option. Delivery 269 DARO. Automated best value model-the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicit ation will not be available via the Gateway. This is a letter solicitation request due to the anticipation that an award wil l be made against a basic ordering agreement.
