Description

Furnish all labor, material, and equipment to perform tasks under an Indefinite Delivery type contract for demolition of miscellaneous buildings at Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period 15 January 2002 through 14 January 2003, with four one-year option periods. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of buildings and associated asphalt, gravel, and concrete surfaces, disposal of debris, finish grade site, and establish turf. There is a guaranteed portion under this contract. The estimated price range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Hubzone Small Business concerns. Contractors must be Hubzone certified through the U.S. Small Business Administration. Bid packages will be available on or about 30 November 2001. A limited number of bid packages will be available and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. Contractors will be limited to one copy of the bid package. Requests for bid package must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 502-624-7165 or 502-624-5869. Email and telephone requests will not be accepted. Bid packages will not be faxed; faxed bids will not be accepted.
