- This amendment 0001 to Solicitation DADA16-02-T-0005 is to revise Statement of Work. Add verbiage to Statement of Work, In the absence of the contractor, contractor shall have a replacement. Replacement shall have written approval prior to services provided and the replacement shall meet or exceed the credential standards for the position being filled, as determined by the Commander, Tripler AMC so discretion.
