Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Ths solicitation number N68836-02-T-0038 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. NAICS Code 811219. Trident Refit Facility, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA requires an annual maintenance contract on two Thermo Elemental Spectometers. Serial numbers #163390 and #16882. Full service maintenance agreement Thermo Elemental Spectometer to include Unlimited number of service calls covering all labor, travel, and material cost during the peirod of the agreement. The agreement does not include items which are normall considered expendibles. Response time to service calls is within 72 hours. Services are to be performed during normal working hours, Monday thru Friday 0730 thru 0330. Excluding all Government Holidays. All services are to be completed during those hours, unless otherwise authorized by the Government Point of contact. Invoice for services performed are to be accompanied by service tickets stating date of service, delivery order number and must be signed by an authorized government representative at the time services are completed. Equipment is located at Trident Refit Facility Chemical lab building 5085 room 105 Naval Submarine base, Kings Bay, GA 31547.
