Description

The Technical Data Package (TDP) for DAAA09-01-R-0166 will be distributed prior to issuance of the RFP. Issue date of the RFP is estimated on or about 9 Nov 2001. The TDP is Distribution X and contains information that has been designated as Militarily C ritical Technical Data. Therefore, only businesses that have been certified per NOTE #8 are eligible to received the TDP. Requests for the TDP should be sent to: HQS, U S Army Operations Support Command, Attn: AMSOS-CCM-L, Janis Tedell, #1 Rock Island Ar senal, Rock Island, IL 61299-6000. Email address is tedellj@osc.army.mil. Requests must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, or otherwise provide evidence that the business is certified to receive such t ech data through the United States/Canada Joint Certification Office. If you have already requested the TDP and provided proper certification, you DO NOT have to request again. Also, OSC will not answer any questions concerning the TDP or RFP until after the RFP is issued.
