Description
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to Replace York Harbor Daybeacon #9, York, Maine (York County). This project includes the demolition of the existing York Harbor Daybeacon #9, a steel pole approximately 40? long, and the construction of a replacement sectional steel daybeacon. Construction will utilize a government provided spindle. Underwater and waterborne construction and surveying of the daybeacon?s position and elevation is also required and incidental related work. NAICS code is 234990. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation packages to be available on or about 11/16/2001. The date for receipt of quotes is on or about 12/6/2001 at 4:00 pm local time. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, payment and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
