Description
Construction of a two-story glass pavilion expansion to the main 4th floor lobby and interior renovation of the lobby and adjacent entries/rooms. The NAICS is 235950 with a size standard of $11.5 million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contractor's personnel shall be required to obtain security clearances for access to building prior to working on this project. The approximate duration of the contract is 10 months. The procurement method shall be a competitive negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP). Source Selection Procedures, as identified in FAR Part 15.3 shall be utilized in the selection of firm offering the greatest value to the Government in terms of price and technical merit. The technical evaluation factors for the evaluation process are (in equal order of importance): 1. Specialized Experience and Technical Capability; 2. Project Enhancements and Cost Saving Suggestions; 3. Ability to Perform. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 15, 2001.
