Description

The Immigration and Naturalization Service anticipates conducting a pre-solicitation conference on November 27, 2001, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. local time, at the Chase Suites Hotel, 9900 North West Prairie View Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64153, Phone: 816-891-9009. The conference will discuss the international movement of detained aliens (air transport for detained aliens, associated security services and medical needs). The conference room doors will open at 08:30 A.M. Attendees must have a picture ID to attend the conference. Interested parties are asked to limit attendance to no more than two representatives from each prospective company. Attendance is at the expense of the attendee. Attendees should contact the Contracting personnel listed, prior to departing for this conference. It is anticipated that a Request for Proposals will be issued in January 2002 with proposals due February 2002. There is no need to pre-register for the conference.
