Description

The VA Medical Center White River Junction, Vermont, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with F.X. Mass Associates of Middleton, MA to perform Nuclear Radiation Heath Physics Coverage for the Nuclear Medicine, Research, G.I Dental, Operating Room and Radiological Departments. The Government believes that this firm is most capable of providing the needed services and continuing the proper implementation of and adherence to the regulations required by such agencies as the US Nuclear regulatory Commission, JCAHO and VA Health Physics Program. This notice is not a request competitive proposals; No solicitation package will be available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. See numbered Note 22.
