Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5100 intends to purchase for N82/AEGIS software maintenance from Ascential Software, 50 Washing-ton Street, Westborough, MA 01581 for License No. 9882l/Datastage XE on NT and License No. 701791, Datastage Standalone for the period 10-01-01 through 09-30-02. This maintenance shall include all layered products under license no. 98821 and one developer under license no. 701971. Maintenance on these products shall include unlimited telephone support Monday through Friday (except government holidays and weekends), and any upgrades or updates released during the period of performance. Any software releases shall be year 2000 compliant. Ascential is the proprietary OEM with no authorized distributors for the maintenance nor any approved resellers. This is a follow-on renewal for a period of 12 months. A ward will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on an all or none basis. The contractor shall submit information within their response their company s cage code, duns number and federal tax id number, along with verification that their company is currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). All items shall be shipped f.o.b. destination to the address specified herein. There will be no written quote issued as a result of this notice. However, contractor shall reference NSWC/DD quotation no. N00l78-02-Q-0001 in their correspondence and reply to this requirement.
