Description

DESC: See numbered Note 26. NSN 4610-01-105-2075 Element, Reverse Osmosis. The item is being procured in accordance with drawing number 97403 13226E2212. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract(IQC) with an estimated yearly quantity of 1520 each to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. The contract is for the base year and up to 4 option years. The required delivery schedule is for up to 760 each to be delivered within 60 days (150 with the First Article Test (FAT) requirement) with an additional 127 each every 30 days thereafter. The FAT requires 5 units to be tested within 60 days after award with 30 days for Government approval. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible, offers will be considered. The solicitation will be available on the web after 11/16/01 "http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp. A written quoted is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. The drawings are also available at the same web cite or by faxing 614-692-2998 or calling 614-692-2344. Request for drawings should include the RFP number, closing date, and buyer name and number. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
