Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE/ SOURCES SOUGHT This project will require a contractor to provide all necessary management, quality control, labor, materials, and equipment required to construct a facility to be used for training INS personnel in situations that may be encountered in everyday entry into the United States. This building will be a stand-alone building and will include, but not limited to, interior partitions, doors, ceilings, mechanical systems, fire alarms and fire protection system, security system, parking, plumbing systems and fixtures, electrical systems, and light fixtures, interior and exterior windows, finishes, power and communication outlets, and landscaping. There are six (6) alternate bid items that may or may not be awarded based upon the proposed prices for each item. Duration of the contract will be 365 calendar days. The Contracting Officer is Gail Ashurst. A decision regarding setting this project aside for small business participation only or soliciting full and open completion has not been determined.
