Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division plans to award a five-year IDIQ type contract for engineering support services for command, control, communications, computers and intelligence (C4I) systems onboard US Government vessels and shore facilities as they relate to the Status Network (STATNET) and Element Management Systems (EMS) which are proprietary to SFA, Inc., 1401 McCormick Drive, Largo, MD. As specified in individual orders, the services may include software engineering and integration, hardware engineering, rapid prototyping, installation, training, life cycle support, depot support and maintenance, and program management support. Five-year minimum is 13,865 hours and maximum is 260,910 hours. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination as specified by delivery orders. See Numbered Note 22 and 26.
