- Requires the services of a licensed mental health consultant to work on our site for 4 to 7 hours per week using our facilities, equipment, and supplies. Must be fully certified or licensed in the State of California. Candidate may be a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, MFCC or a psychiatric social worker. This will be a one year contract with anoption for second and third year renewal subject to MTC and the U.S. Department approval. To provide clinical services for trainees ages 16 through 24 with social and economic disadvantages. Include diagnosis and evaluation, crisis intervention, group psychotherapy, other forms of limited psychiatric treatment as permitted by license, record keeping, effective referrals for special care, participating in mental health education programs, advising medical, counseling, residential advisor, teachers, and management staff. Must have a valid MFCC license issued by the State of California and liability insurance. This site is a U.S. Department of Labor Job Corps Center operated under contract to MTC, with a trainee population of 235 residents and 75 non-resident trainees. All services to be performed in accordance with Job Corps' Policy & Requirement Handbook (PRH), chapter 6, and Technical Assistance Guide(TAG) #6. The mental health consultant will be a subcontractor to MTC. Submit bid as an hourly rate. MTC does not provide any form of benefit package. All responsible mental health consultants may submit a bid which shall be considered by MTC. =20
