Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to furnish a Sonographer for Echocardiography for the VA Chicago Health Care System, Lakeside Division, Chicago, IL. RFQ 69D-072-02 is replacing RFQ 69D-064-02 which was inadvertently cancelled. The start date is 1 December 2001 for a period of 1 year with 1 option year. This Contract is a firm-fixed price. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. Hard copy and electronic versions of the Solicitation will be available on or about 10/25/01. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
