Description

Subject pre-solicitation notice published in the Commerce Business Daily on 15 Oct 2001 and posted to FedBizOpps on 11 Oct 2001 is amended as follows: add the following after the second sentence: "The maximum dollar amount the Government may order under this contract is $21,864,000; the minimum amount is the amount obligated on the first Order." Delete the following sentence: "The work to be performed will require a minimum of 15 personnel with Top Secret/SCI clearance."
